Right off the Bat

Upon powering up the game, visuals similar to the original game would hit you first. The splash and login screen are pretty much identical, including the matchmaking screen. If you’ve been playing PUBG Mobile for some time now, you should find the surroundings in this lighter version quite familiar. The battle royale’s dynamics have been changed a bit too, thanks to the introduction of a smaller island map. Not to mention, there are similar looking houses, lush greenery, vehicles and lighthouses, etc. spread throughout the map.

Same Gameplay

PUBG Mobile Lite’s gameplay is similar to its parent variant, wherein you would be battling to survive within a closed environment. This is not an easy task, especially when there are many other players to deal with in the space. However, you’ve got quite a few weapons, equipment and vehicles to fight other players and emerge victorious. This watered down variant lets you have a maximum of 40 people in the closed environment. However, the original game’s essence has been kept intact. And thanks to Unreal Engine 4, the game’s graphics are quite praiseworthy for a lite application.
